1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • You received a damaged item

  • You received a defective product

  • You received an incorrect item

  • The product remains unused, unopened, and in original condition

Return requests should be made within 30 days of delivery so we can assist you promptly.


2. Simple & Respectful Return Process

To request a return, please contact our support team and provide:

  • Order details

  • Clear photos or video of the issue (if applicable)

Once your request is reviewed, we will guide you through the return process in a smooth and respectful manner.

We aim to make the process easy — not stressful.


3. Fair Refund Policy

If your return request is verified and approved:

  • A full refund will be issued for damaged, defective, or incorrect items

  • Refunds are processed without unnecessary delay

  • Refunds are issued through a mutually agreed payment method

Refunds are typically completed within 3–5 business days after approval.


4. Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind and the product remains unused and sealed, you may request a return within the allowed timeframe.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns may be the responsibility of the customer.


5. Non-Returnable Situations

As per Sunnat e Nabwi (S.A.W) teachings, we offer refunds in every situation without asking a question so don’t worry.

6. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • If the return is due to our mistake (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to personal preference, return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility.


7. Refused or Unclaimed Orders

Orders refused without valid reason or repeatedly left unclaimed may not qualify for shipping-related refunds.

Repeated refusals may result in restriction of future Cash on Delivery orders.
