  • Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

  • Orders may be verified by our team before dispatch.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are shipped only after confirmation.


2. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across Pakistan.

  • Delivery availability depends on courier service coverage in your area.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Major cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other areas: 3–6 business days

  • Remote locations may require additional time

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout.

  • Promotional free shipping offers may be provided from time to time.

  • Any applicable delivery fee is shown before order confirmation.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD) 

  • Cash on Delivery is available in selected areas.

  • The full amount must be paid to the courier at the time of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for being available at the provided delivery address.

Repeated order refusals without valid reason may result in restriction of future COD orders.


6. Failed Delivery

Delivery may fail due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Customer unavailability

  • Refusal to accept the order

  • Courier access limitations

If delivery attempts fail multiple times, the order may be canceled.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence.

Verified cases will be resolved in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.


8. Order Tracking

Tracking details may be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
If tracking information is not received, customers may contact our support team for assistance.


9. Delays Beyond Control

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters

  • Public holidays

  • Political disruptions

  • Courier operational issues

However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving shipping concerns.
